Medical Scheduler

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Return patient voicemails promptly and address scheduling questions and requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining an organized and accurate schedule.
• Maintain and utilize a cancellation list to fill open appointment slots and minimize provider downtime.
• Communicate immediate scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent appointment adjustments to providers and clinical staff.
• Coordinate appointment availability to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal use of provider schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple scheduling tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office procedures and HIPAA privacy requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
