Key Responsibilities

• Review and summarize medical records based on client requirements.
• Prepare accurate and concise medical summaries as per client specifications.
• Review and understand medical terminology, diagnoses, treatment details, and medical history.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
• Follow client-specific guidelines and process requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling medical information.
• Work effectively with team members and maintain professional communication.

Educational Qualification

Graduates in Life Sciences, Medical or Allied Health Sciences, such as:

• B.Sc. Biotechnology
• B.Sc. Microbiology
• B.Sc. Zoology
• B.Sc. Biochemistry
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• BPT
• Other relevant medical or life science disciplines

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes.
• Ability to read and understand medical records.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PDF readers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet defined timelines and quality standards.

Experience

• Freshers: Life Science / Medical graduates with relevant academic knowledge.
• Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in medical summarization, medical record review, medical transcription, medical coding, healthcare BPO, or related processes.
