Medical Technologist

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients
• Preparing and processing samples according to established protocols and procedures
• Interpreting and validating test results, and providing accurate and timely feedback to healthcare providers
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to laboratory activities
• Ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide the best possible care for our patients

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• With valid PRC license
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a healthcare facility but newly board passers are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team
