As a Medical Technologist, you'll provide advanced laboratory testing and analysis that supports accurate diagnoses, treatment decisions, and positive patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Perform complex laboratory testing across multiple laboratory disciplines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Review, verify, and report laboratory results in accordance with established laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of laboratory testing.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment to support efficient laboratory operations.

Monitor testing accuracy, quality indicators, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Support laboratory workflow management by monitoring pending logs, prioritizing workload, and resolving operational concerns.

Maintain accurate and timely laboratory documentation, records, and reports.

Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and performance enhancement initiatives.

Support regulatory compliance through adherence to laboratory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, high-quality patient care.

What You'll Bring

MLS/MT certification.
