SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital laboratory

• ASCP MT or MLS certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology

• Ability to work 5×8-hour shifts on Evening/Night schedule

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Hospital laboratory experience

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Medical Technologist to support a hospital laboratory team in Madison, WI.

The role requires hands-on experience in a hospital laboratory environment and an ASCP MT or MLS certification.

The position will work a 5×8-hour weekly schedule covering Evening/Night shifts.

The Medical Technologist will contribute to the effective operation of the laboratory and support accurate and timely laboratory services.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Medical Technologist duties within a hospital laboratory environment

• Support laboratory operations while maintaining required quality and professional standards

• Apply clinical laboratory science knowledge to assigned laboratory functions

• Work effectively across scheduled Evening/Night shifts

• Support accurate and timely laboratory services in accordance with applicable requirements
