Medical Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing specimens, ensuring accurate results, and complying with established laboratory standards and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct drug testing procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Collect, prepare, process, and analyze laboratory specimens.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
• Follow proper biohazard handling, infection control, and laboratory safety procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and testing records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and laboratory quality standards.
• Handle confidential patient information responsibly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
• Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a valid PRC license.
• Relevant certificates in Drug Testing, Biohazard, and HIV.
• Relevant work experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• Knowledgeable in laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
