• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
• Collect, receive, label, process, and analyze laboratory specimens.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain proper laboratory records, documentation, and reports.
• Follow laboratory safety protocols, infection prevention measures, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support effective patient care.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a clinical or medical laboratory is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to quality.
