Job Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and related areas.
• Collect, process, analyze, and properly store patient specimens.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Review and accurately document test results.
• Follow quality-control, biosafety, and infection-prevention procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with laboratory policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Valid Medical Technologist license or professional certification, where required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant laboratory experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
