Medical Transcriber

Role & responsibilities

• Transcribe medical findings physicians and other healthcare providers into written format
• Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and medical terminology
• Interpret medical jargon, abbreviations, and terminology correctly
• Ensure all documents comply with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards
• Proofread and format reports before submission
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Work with electronic health record (EHR) systems to upload and manage documents
• Meet productivity and turnaround time requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate with min of 2 years of experience

• Preferable Female candidates only

• Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or similar role

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and procedures

• Excellent listening, typing, and proofreading skills

• High accuracy and attention to detail
