Medical Transportation Coordinator & Scheduler

Job Summary
Integrity is hiring a Medical Transportation Coordinator & Scheduler to manage resident appointments and transportation for our assisted living facility.

This role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and communication, with transportation duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments
• Manage daily transportation schedules and routes
• Communicate with medical offices, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Provide transportation for residents as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screen required
• Must be able pass our insurance companies eligibility

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
