Medical Waste Processing Technician + Advancement

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience), plus potential overtime. Full-time, day shift.

What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts and tools to handle, process, and move materials safely in our treatment facility.
• Support daily processing operations, equipment maintenance, inventory, and facility organization.
• Work as part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean workspace while following strict safety and compliance protocols.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a non-climate-controlled environment (night shift).
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Reliable commute to Seguin, TX 78155.
• English proficiency.
• Forklift or warehouse experience a plus, but not required — we train!
