Medicare Appointment Setter

Schedule: 12 AM - 3 AM PH TIME

Responsibilities

·       Contact inbound and outbound Medicare leads in a timely and professional manner.

·       Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for licensed Medicare agents.

·       Follow a structured lead program and document all activity accurately.

·       Maintain consistent follow-up with new and existing leads.

·       Deliver excellent customer service while building trust with prospects.

·       Keep organized records of conversations, appointments, and lead status.

·       Work closely with the sales team to help improve contact and appointment rates.

Qualifications

·       Prior experience in Medicare sales, health insurance, appointment setting, or lead follow-up preferred.

·       Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.

·       Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

·       Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or lead management tools.

·       Professional, friendly, and coachable attitude.

·       Preferred Experience

·       Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or healthcare sales experience.

·       Experience scheduling appointments for insurance agents.

·       Familiarity with working aged leads, internet leads, or referral-based lead programs.
