Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to residents in long-term care setting. What you’ll do

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive home-like environment
• Assist with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas, following aseptic techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Basic qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic physiology

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, dementia care or assisted living environments
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as PCC
• Background in geriatrics, Alzheimer's, dementia care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
