Medication Technician

NorthCare Washington is hiring a Medication Technician to support our care team and ensure safe, accurate medication administration. This role provides leadership and guidance to care staff while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations
• Maintain organized and compliant medication carts and records
• Support and mentor care staff, promoting teamwork and accountability
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with daily facility operations
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other medication technicians

Qualifications:

• HCA license, CNA, or equivalent
• Nurse Delegation Core and Diabetes certifications
• 1+ year of healthcare or assisted living experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
