Westminster Terrace Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our Assisted Living team. You'll help ensure residents receive medications safely and accurately while providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and California RCFE regulations.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain medication carts and medication records.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Follow infection control standards and community policies.

Qualifications

• Previous Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Must meet California RCFE requirements to administer medications.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
