Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and Wisconsin regulations
• Document medication administration and resident observations
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members
• Maintain medication carts, supplies, and medication records
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin State Medication Administration Certification (Med Class) REQUIRED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-centered
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Previous senior care experience preferred but not required
