Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement small to medium-sized features end-to-end using existing frameworks and solution building blocks

• Maintain and improve existing systems within your domain

• Analyze, design, code, and test solutions within an established architecture

• Apply engineering standards and best practices related to:

  • Performance

  • Security

  • Scalability

  • Re-usability

  • DevSecOps

• Contribute to infrastructure and monitoring improvements

• Identify infrastructure needs and define availability monitoring and health checks

• Update and maintain technical documentation

• Support incident resolution and participate in on-duty support activities when required

• Collaborate closely with team members and proactively support colleagues

• Coach and guide associates when needed

• Take ownership of features from design to implementation

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities

Your Profile:

• Experience designing and delivering small to medium-sized technical features independently

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture

• Knowledge of open systems environments such as:

  • Unix / Linux

  • Windows (Powershell / Batch)

  • Oracle / PL-SQL

• Experience working in a DevOps environment

• Knowledge of Synapse is considered an asset

• Exposure to Cloud technologies such as:

  • Spark

  • PySpark

  • SparkSQL is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Curious, proactive, and eager to continuously learn

• Team player with strong ownership and collaboration skills
