Medior Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Driven)

What you'll be doing

You'll join a small but highly skilled team within AKQA's Creative Technology department, working on digital experiences for major brands and organizations.

Your focus will be frontend development, bringing concepts from designers and creatives to life through modern web technologies, animation, and immersive user experiences.

You'll work on:

• Interactive websites and digital platforms

• Rich animations and motion-driven experiences

• Creative prototypes and proof-of-concepts

• Performance-focused frontend architecture

• Client projects where visual quality matters as much as technical quality

While frontend is your main playground, you'll also collaborate closely with full-stack developers and contribute to backend integrations when needed.

What we're looking for

You probably have:

✅ 3+ years of experience in Frontend or Full Stack development

✅ Strong React and Next.js skills

✅ Excellent fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript

✅ Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces

✅ A good understanding of accessibility and modern web standards

✅ Familiarity with APIs, databases and backend concepts

Bonus points if you've worked with:

• GSAP
