Medior Project Manager

What you will be doing

As a Medior Project Manager , you will lead cross-functional projects that help shape how we work across FABER . From planning through implementation, you will bring people together and turn ideas into tangible value.

• Lead business, digital and operational projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Turn business goals into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams.
• Drive project governance using FABER's PMO framework and tools such as Jira.
• Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working.

What you bring

Most importantly, you enjoy delivering projects, bringing people together and turning ideas into measurable results.

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in business, operations, digital or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management and reporting.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Effective stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
• PMQ, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.
