As part of a digital transformation initiative within a leading pharmaceutical organization, we are looking for a Medior Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration services and digital workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional and technical expert for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 environments

• Deeply understand and optimize the relationship between SharePoint and Teams (architecture, integration, usage scenarios)

• Define, implement, and improve access management, permissions, and sharing governance models

• Contribute to the design and governance of collaboration spaces and information architecture

• Participate in the evolution of Microsoft cloud-based collaboration solutions

• Work closely with IT, security, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and scalability

• Provide expertise on cross-functional digital workplace initiatives

• Challenge business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environments (Senior / SME level)

• Strong expertise in:

• SharePoint Online (architecture, administration, governance)

• Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint

• Permissions, access control, and sharing models

• Proven experience in complex, enterprise-scale environments

• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud ecosystems

• Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Fluent in English (professional level)

• A plus to be fluent in Dutch and French

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AvePoint Online Services

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID

• Exposure to Microsoft Graph API

• Development or support experience with SharePoint CSOM (.NET)

• Azure knowledge:

• Azure Key Vault

• App Services & WebJobs

• Familiarity with SQL Server

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments is a strong plus
