Are you dependable, safety-minded, and ready to get to work? We’re looking for a Medium Duty Tow Operator to join our towing and recovery team!

This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and understands the importance of helping customers when they need it most.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate medium-duty tow trucks and recovery equipment safely and professionally.
• Tow and transport medium-duty trucks, vans, commercial vehicles, and other disabled vehicles.
• Perform vehicle loading, securement, unloading, and recovery operations.
• Respond to dispatched calls, breakdowns, accidents, and scheduled transports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Complete accurate tow tickets, vehicle condition reports, and required documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain clean, service-ready equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable DOT regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned equipment.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Medium-duty towing or recovery experience preferred.
• CDL and applicable DOT medical certification required when applicable to the assigned vehicle and operation.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain professional under pressure.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
