Medspa Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medspa Manager to lead our medical spa operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinic activities, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth daily functions at two locations, one in Denver and one in Wheat Ridge.
• Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes to maintain profitability and financial health.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, HIPAA privacy regulations, and industry standards like JCAHO accreditation requirements.
• Manage patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such RepeatMD and Zenoti, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments, skincare procedures, and wellness services while maintaining safety protocols.
• Supervise human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical or medspa setting.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across multiple departments.
• Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and managing medical billing systems.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Zenoti, RepeatMD and Slack; familiarity with patient management software is essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, health regulation policies, and managed care protocols.
• Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Background in nursing or acute care experience is advantageous; dental clinic experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with office management tools such as Slack, zoom, zenoti and notion enhances operational oversight.
• Ability to handle medical administrative support functions including medical records management and medical terminology understanding.

Pay: $26.00 - $31.66 per hour
