Meeting Event Manager

📍 We're growing in Tampa Bay, and we're looking for our next Meeting Planner to join us.

I started Avlis International because I wanted to build something different: a company where the people planning the events are valued as much as the events themselves. As an SBA 8(a) certified, EDWOSB/WOSB business, we've built our reputation on precision, care, and showing up for our clients, and our team.

💼 Meeting Planner - Associate Meeting Services Coordinator

📍 Remote (Florida based preferred)

💰 $19–$24/hour

This role is for someone who thrives when a program needs a venue locked down in 5 business days, not 5 weeks. If you love the fast pace of event coordination and want real ownership over your programs, we want to hear from you.

What you'll own:

✅ Sourcing and securing venues based on program needs and budget

✅ Reviewing and managing BEOs to ensure every detail is right

✅ Coordinating with venues, clients, and internal teams

✅ Managing program tracking, receipts, and documentation

✅ Supporting virtual program coordination from start to finish

What we're looking for:

✅ 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, meeting services, or admin support (preferred)

✅ Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through

✅ Comfort working independently in a remote setting

✅ Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Dropbox, or SharePoint

✅ A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset under compressed timelines
