Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets (SLAs).

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in US/UK rotational shifts.

Salary

• Freshers: 21,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
• Experienced: 26,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
