What they need
- Setting dan penyetelan mesin maker: feeder tembakau, garniture, format tape, pisau cut-off, dan unit penyambung filter (MAX/filter attachment)
- Menjaga parameter kualitas batang: berat/gram, diameter (ceratometer), kekerasan (firmness), panjang potong, posisi seam lem, dan kerapian tipping paper
- Setting suhu heater/sealer dan volume lem (side seam gum & tipping gum) agar sambungan kertas tidak lepas
- Mengganti part aus terjadwal: format tape, tongue, pisau, suction band, belt, bearing
- Penanganan breakdown saat produksi: rod jam, kertas putus, filter miring, reject tinggi di QTM/MicroTronic
- Mengurangi waste tembakau dan kertas, serta menjaga efisiensi mesin (OEE/speed target)
- Eksekusi preventive maintenance mingguan/bulanan dan mengisi laporan kerusakan
