We are looking Melting Supervisor for our company. we are one of the leading steel casting foundry in Coimbatore India, specializing in manufacturing stainless steel and alloy steel castings for industrial valve and pump manufacturers worldwide.

Qualification: Diploma or Any Degree: BE or ME preferred

Experience: 5+ Years of work experience

Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Job

M / F / Any: Male candidate

Salary: Rs. 25,000 PM to 40,000 PM

• Supervise furnace charging, melting, slag removal, alloy addition, and tapping.
• Ensure correct charge mix and chemical composition for each steel grade.
• Monitor furnace temperature, melting time, power consumption, and heat cycle.
• Coordinate with Quality, Pouring, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Verify spectrometer results and control alloy corrections.
• Maintain heat-wise production, chemistry, temperature, and consumption records.
• Minimize melting losses, power consumption, slag, and refractory consumption.
• Ensure safe handling of molten metal and compliance with all safety procedures.
• Train and supervise furnace operators and helpers.
• Troubleshoot melting and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
