Melting Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the melting process to ensure quality production.
• Conduct regular inspections of furnaces, molds, and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Develop and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in the melting shop.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems and optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in gravity die casting or similar industry.
• B.Tech degree (Computers) or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong understanding of GDC principles, including furnace operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Leadership Skills, Melting Point Apparatus, etc.
