MEM Supervisor

• Sustain best practice processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Plan the freezer/chiller delivery to the customer.
• Supporting Sales Team to meet Customer’s requirements and MEM Activities.
• Supporting engineering department to spare parts stocking
• Fully utilize the equipment asset base and keep proper documentation.
• Ensure equipment and spare parts availability to maintain MEM equipment & store.
• Reporting daily Chiller/Freezer completed repairs.
• Match goods received with delivery notes from suppliers.
• Prepare scrap lists in coordination with finance and as per compliance regulations.
• Directly accountable for development / Appraisal of employees reporting to him and next level.
• Comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear as required by the job or worksite.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience

  • 3 years of experience on similar position.
  • FMCG Experience.
