Member Experience & Growth Coordinator
Part-Time | 10- 20 Hours Per Week

About Spark Athletics

Spark Athletics is a growing youth cheer and tumbling program serving families in Walnut Creek and the Lamorinda area. We provide high-energy, confidence-building classes through local schools, parks and recreation programs, and community partners.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with iClassPro or similar scheduling/customer management software preferred.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, operations, hospitality, education, youth programs, fitness, or a related field.
• Proficiency with standard business software (Google Workspace, Canva)
• Experience working with children and families is strongly preferred.
• Available to work on-site approximately 10-20 hours per week, including afternoons and evenings.

Hours

Hours will be a mix of the time windows listed below, depending on availability and business needs.

• Saturdays: 9:00am-5:00pm
• Sundays: 9:00am-5:00pm
• Weekdays: 3:00-8:00pm

Compensation

• $19.00-22 per hour
• Paid training
• Opportunity for increased hours and advancement as Spark Athletics grows
