Member Experience Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Member Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our members through attentive service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and addressing member needs efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community while developing valuable customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist members with inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the member areas, including regular cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards.
• Support members in navigating facilities or services offered, offering guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the community’s standards.
• Handle administrative tasks related to member engagement and feedback collection.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including maintaining a clean environment that promotes health and safety.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently, maintaining cleanliness standards consistently.
• Previous experience in customer service or member-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and member needs.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, positive experience for all members.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
