We’re looking for a Member Experience Associate to join our Northwood location in Clearwater. As the Community Manager’s right hand, you’ll help oversee daily operations, support our members, and keep the workspace running smoothly.

This role goes beyond the front desk. You’ll take initiative, help solve problems, and serve as a dependable point of contact when the Community Manager is away.

Your Role

You’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment where members can focus on their businesses. Working closely with the Community Manager, you’ll balance hands-on hospitality with operational support and opportunities to develop your leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

· Welcome members and guests. Be a friendly, professional presence who makes people feel comfortable and cared for.

· Support daily operations. Assist with mail and packages, meeting room reservations, office supplies, phone inquiries, and member requests.

· Partner with the Community Manager. Help prioritize daily responsibilities, communicate updates, and follow through on outstanding tasks.

· Step up when needed. Serve as the on-site point of contact during the Community Manager’s absence, handling routine needs and escalating concerns appropriately.

· Support tours and move-ins. Introduce prospective members to the workspace, assist with inquiries and follow-up, and help new members settle in.

· Build relationships. Get to know our members, learn about their businesses, and help connect them with people and resources within the community.

· Keep the workspace ready. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms throughout the day.

· Assist with property needs. Identify maintenance concerns, communicate with vendors as directed, and help track repairs through completion.

· Bring events to life. Assist with planning, promoting, setting up, and hosting member events.

· Support local marketing. Help create flyers, gather content, and assist with outreach and member communications.

· Own the details. Notice what needs attention and take action to improve the member experience.

What You Bring

· Experience in hospitality, customer service, coworking, office administration, or another people-focused role.

· A warm, professional demeanor and a genuine interest in helping others.

· Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.

· The ability to balance multiple priorities while staying calm and attentive.

· Confidence taking initiative and making sound decisions within your responsibilities.

· Clear communication skills and comfort interacting with members, guests, vendors, and leadership.

· Comfort using office software and learning new systems.

· An interest in growing into greater operational and leadership responsibilities.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
