Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist members with account management, membership benefits, and service issues through clear and friendly communication
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on member concerns, gather feedback, or promote new services and offerings
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Support sales initiatives by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds during member interactions
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every member feels valued and understood

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse member base effectively
• Previous experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting purposes
• Excellent English language skills; bilingual capabilities are a plus for broader outreach
• Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with outbound calling, phone communication, and customer service problem-solving techniques
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of technical tools or software relevant to customer service operations is advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills, including writing skills for email correspondence and documentation
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during all interactions

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
