About the Job

As a Member Experience Rep, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer’s transportation needs, and assist appropriately
• Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
• Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
• Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
• Become a knowledge expert

Shifts: We are currently hiring for all shifts. Full-time and Part-time available. Preference will be given to those who are available for early mornings, evenings and weekends.
