Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues efficiently to enhance member satisfaction.
• Manage member accounts using banking software, ensuring accurate processing of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist members with loan origination processes, explaining loan options, gathering necessary documentation, and guiding them through application procedures.
• Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring account activity and adhering to industry-specific financial compliance standards.
• Support sales initiatives by upselling banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, or loans to meet both member needs and branch goals.
• Handle cash drawer operations with precision, processing cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash management protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions, update records, and generate reports that support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relationship management within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and industry compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability in loan processing, origination, and relationship management to foster long-term member loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in banking software systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic math skills including retail math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately using 10-key typing or other methods essential for transaction processing.
• Industry knowledge of financial compliance regulations such as anti-fraud measures and banking regulatory standards is highly desirable.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
