Member Relations Executive (Acquisition)

We are looking for someone who is

• Driven and hospitality-focused
• Proactive, adaptable and meticulous
• Experienced in membership, hospitality sales or guest-facing roles is a plus
• Strong in interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Prepared to work on weekends and beyond regular hours when needed for events

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Drive membership sales, identify opportunities, engage prospective Members and support initiatives to attract new Members
• Represent the Club at events and build strong networks to attract opportunities and strengthen our membership pipeline
• Maintain accurate membership records and prepare regular reports on membership performance, activities and trends
• Manage the onboarding process and support the overall membership journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our Members
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance Member engagement, satisfaction and retention
• Support any other duties or projects required to enhance the overall membership experience
