Member Relations Manager

We are a family-owned, faith based martial arts school located in Dawsonville, GA. We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Judo to both kids and adults.

As our Member Relations Manager, you will be front and center, interacting with members and families, maintaining customer information, supporting our instructors, and delivering exceptional customer service at every level. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet members, families, and guests as they enter the facility
• Assist members with all inquires and answer questions regarding memberships, scheduling, and other services
• Check students in for classes
• Support instructors by creating student promotion lists and updating student profiles
• Manage lead generation through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Schedule appointments for free trial classes
• Assist with day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment during opening and closing hours
• Plan events, member outings, and team-building activities
• Track inventory and create supply orders as needed
• Conduct sales transactions and process payments through the POS system
• Follow up with overdue invoices and cancellation notices
• Provide a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for every member and guest

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with people of all ages
• Quick learner who is eager to learn new tasks and responsibilities
• Reliable and has a flexible schedule
• Professional phone etiquette
• Experience scheduling appointments
• Experience using a POS system
• Valid and up-to-date First Aid/CPR certifications
• Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
