Member Relations Specialist

This position will play a key role in enhancing the club’s membership community through proactive member engagement and operational excellence. This role requires a client‑focused, service‑driven professional who can build strong relationships, deliver exceptional member experiences, and uphold the club’s premium standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Member Development & Engagement

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with members through personalized service and engagement
• Identify opportunities to elevate the member experience through tailored recommendations, programs, and services
• Support membership growth through tours and events
• Manage membership enquiries and follow-up to convert prospective members
• Assist in developing and executing recruitment campaigns and promotional events
• Uphold the club’s brand image through professional, polished service delivery
• Promote and upsell the brand / service / products including but not limited to tea, beverage, wine and art pieces

2. Operations & Event Support

• Handle daily member service operations including enquiries, reservations, and bookings
• Collaborate with F&B, and event teams to support member activities, programs, and events
• Maintain accurate member profiles and communication records

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle brands, private clubs, or 5-star hotels preferred
• Client centric, proactive and Energetic
• Strong customer service, storytelling and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, self-motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
