Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator

Pay Range: $22/hr - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and gather medical histories and updated member and provider information.
• Make outbound calls to physician offices to request medical records.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate member and provider information.
• Resolve outstanding requests and ensure follow-up on member appointments.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and communicate with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 0–2+ years of customer service, medical office, healthcare administration, or related experience.
• Basic Excel knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with medical records, electronic health record systems, medical billing, or coding is a plus.
• Experience with preserved medical record retrieval systems.
• Billing or coding experience.
