Member Service Representative

Responsibilities include:

• Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems within his or her authority to resolve.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
• Handles transactions on teller line as needed.
• Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
• Act as liaison between members and various departments.
• Maintain member account information on computer system.
• Provide service to members waiting in lobby, answer the telephone, and respond to online messages.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.

Experience: Two years of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
