We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Member Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and reliable resource for our members, delivering outstanding customer service while handling various responsibilities related to daily operations. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will drive success in this vital position. Duties include

• Assist members with their banking needs, including account inquiries, transactions, and product information
• Promote and upsell banking products and services to meet member needs and enhance their experience
• Perform merchandising tasks to ensure displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards
• Handle light lifting of supplies or materials safely and efficiently during daily activities
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and member interactions with excellent organizational skills
• Communicate clearly with team members and members, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Cash handling experience
• Strong math skills for handling pricing, calculations, and financial transactions
• Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills to engage with members and team members confidently
• Ability to perform light lifting safely as part of daily duties
• Prior experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
