Member Services Representative II

Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of Credit Union products and services.

Open accounts for members, interview, and professionally handle the member’s daily needs.

Provide a variety of transaction services to members including loan processing, closing, and disbursal.

Process, close, and disburse agricultural, business purpose, consumer, and real estate loans.

Assist members in opening individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and any transactions with an IRA.

Qualifications:

Lending experience preferred

Banking experience preferred

Account opening experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
