Duties

• Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and ensuring guest satisfaction during activities or functions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately for food service, merchandise sales, or activity fees.
• Manage guest services by resolving conflicts professionally and efficiently, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.
• Work with children and families by facilitating engaging activities and ensuring a safe environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of events management and conflict management techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking scenarios.
• Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to develop their skills in hospitality, event coordination, and guest relations within a dynamic environment!

Pay: $15.00 per hour
