Rate or Salary range: $5.00 per hour

Description/information:

Independently manage member relationships through monthly one-on-one calls to understand business goals, challenges, and needs; proactively connect members with relevant people, resources, and opportunities.

Serve as the community ambassador in Slack by posting regularly, responding to questions, encouraging participation, and building meaningful connections among members.

Onboard new members, conduct trainings on membership benefits, and attend all virtual member events to help members participate fully and receive value from their membership.

Monitor member engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes; document follow-ups, identify retention risks, address concerns proactively, and support membership renewals.

Requirements:

Proven experience independently managing relationships with high-value U.S. clients in customer success, account management, or premium membership communities, with responsibility for satisfaction, engagement, or retention.

Excellent verbal and written English, strong business judgment, and confidence leading conversations and trainings with successful business owners. Must build trust, take initiative, and manage sensitive concerns independently. Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
