What they need

About Us

The Perth Bears are making history as the newest NRL club, joining the competition in 2027. We’re more than a sporting team, we’re building a movement that will unite fans, inspire young athletes, and create opportunities across Western Australia. By joining the Bears, you’ll play an important role in bringing our vision to life and creating something truly special for our members, partners, and community.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for energetic, customer focused Membership & Ticketing Coordinators to join the Perth Bears at a defining stage in our membership journey. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our membership operations, supporting member enquiries, ticketing, renewals and match day activities while helping to create exceptional experiences.  This is a unique opportunity to build a loyal and engaged member community as we prepare for our inaugural NRL season.

What You’ll Do

  • Play a key role in building a passionate and connected Perth Bears membership base as we prepare for our inaugural NRL season.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to member enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Support membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and retention activities to grow and strengthen our member community.
  • Assist members with ticketing, online accounts, digital memberships, and match day access.
  • Maintain accurate member records and process account updates, payments, and membership changes.
  • Contribute to membership campaigns and communications that engage and inspire our fans.
  • Provide hands-on support at Perth Bears home matches, events, and member activations.
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through feedback, insights, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional member experiences.
  • Confidence working with Archtics digital systems, or other membership platforms.
  • Experience in a customer facing, administration, membership, ticketing, or events role.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a talent for building positive relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to support match days, events, and key membership campaigns.
  • A team first mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing Club.

Why Join Us?

Join us at the very beginning of an incredible journey. As the Perth Bears prepare to enter the NRL, this is your chance to help build a club, a community, and a legacy from the ground up. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional member experiences while contributing to one of the most exciting sporting teams Western Australia.

Working in a Start-Up Environment

The Perth Bears are a start-up organisation in a critical foundation phase, and this position is intentionally hands-on.  Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong personal accountability, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to join one of the most exciting new ventures in Australian sport, we want to hear from you.

Apply now with your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you’re the right person to build the Bears’ future.

Applications will be reviewed as received, we encourage early applications, as interviews may commence prior to the advertised closing date, and the ad will be closed early should a suitable candidate be identified.

Please note that you will be sent a mandatory pre-screening questionnaire via email after submitting your application.
