Membership Assistant Manager

What your day looks like:

• Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans with the Membership Manager
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets
• Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships
• Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions
• Generate leads both inside and outside of the club (~15-25 per day)
• Call prospective members, lead tours, and discuss membership options. (~45-75 calls per day/ ~6-8 tours per day)
• Enroll new members. (~2-5 new enrollments per day)

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing personal and team goals
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Passion for health and fitness

Pay Range:

AMD Tier 2: Increase in base hourly pay, overtime hourly pay, net commissions, which realistically range from $1,050 to $2,400 per month) Bonus opportunities include team club bonus, club production bonus and performance bonus.

AMD Tier 1: Base hourly pay (based on club), overtime hourly pay, net commissions, which realistically range from $1,050 to $2,400 per month). Bonus opportunities include team club bonus, club production bonus and performance bonus. Membership Advisor: Base hourly pay (based on club), net commissions and bonus opportunities.

Pay: From $21.90 per hour
