Job Description:

● The Membership Consultant oversees membership sales, facility tours, and member retention.

● The Membership Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.

● Drive membership growth and hit monthly sales goals.

● Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.

Responsibilities & Duties:

● Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.

● Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.

● Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions

● Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals

● Interacting with potential members after class to discuss membership.

● Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests

● Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit.

Qualifications:

● Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

● Weekend availability

● Excellent customer service skills

● Motivated and passionate about health and fitness

● Outstanding work ethic

● A positive and detail-oriented person who can talk to anyone

● Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
