Membership Consultant

Health and Sports Fitness Club is Kingsland's premier full-service fitness facility. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, energetic, and supportive environment for both our members and team.

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Membership Consultant to help grow our membership base, build strong relationships with prospective and existing members, and contribute to the continued success of our club.

About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Generating and following up on sales leads
• Conducting phone and face-to-face sales consultations
• Promoting our memberships, products, and services
• Converting enquiries into new memberships
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with members
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Contributing to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a telephone-based sales environment
• Confidence in both phone and face-to-face selling
• A positive and professional attitude
• A strong drive to achieve targets and earn commission
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
• A willingness to learn and be coached
• Experience working towards KPIs and performance goals
• Must be able to work shifts 8am -4pm or 12pm -8pm and alternative weekends.
