Membership Consultant

About the role

Revolt Gym is looking for a commercially driven Membership Consultant who can turn genuine fitness enquiries into long-term client relationships. You will guide prospective clients from their first enquiry through consultation, follow-up and enrolment, while ensuring every interaction reflects Revolt's high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to new enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins
• Understand each prospect's goals, challenges and readiness to begin
• Book and conduct structured consultations and gym introductions
• Clearly explain Revolt's personal training, sports therapy and membership solutions
• Recommend appropriate services without using high-pressure sales tactics
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate pipeline records
• Achieve agreed conversion, revenue and activity targets
• Coordinate closely with trainers, therapists and the operations team to ensure a smooth client handover
• Support member retention by maintaining relationships and resolving concerns professionally
• Contribute to referral, reactivation and community outreach initiatives

About you

• Strong communication, relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Confidence speaking with prospects in person, by phone and through messaging channels
• Organised and disciplined with follow-up and record keeping
• Commercially motivated, resilient and accountable for results
• Warm, professional and able to create trust quickly
• Genuine interest in fitness, health and helping clients make positive changes
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, membership sales or customer service is advantageous
• Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
