The Role

We're looking for an energetic club Membership Consultant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the club's continued growth. You'll combine your passion for customer service with your drive to meet sales targets, manage leads, and implement effective local marketing strategies. Opportunites to work with our Altona club as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership growth through lead generation and sales conversion
• Foster strong relationships to support member retention
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming club environment
• Support marketing efforts to boost local brand visibility
• Maintain operational excellence and ensure club cleanliness and standards
• Be available to work Saturdays and contribute to a vibrant team culture

About You

You're a people person with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales both in person and over the phone. You're highly motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a team environment.

You'll bring:

• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
• Sales experience and a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to make up to 30-40 calls a day
• Confidence, organisation, and time management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• A collaborative mindset and desire to grow professionally
• A love for community and a commitment to building an inclusive gym culture
• Gym or fitness industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
