Membership Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and additional services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Present memberships and offers in a professional and confident manner.
• Explain clearly the value of Fitness Terminal facilities, services, and coaching team.
• Handle price objections and guide clients toward the most suitable membership option.

2. Lead Management & Follow-up

• Contact all new leads from social media, website, and walk-ins promptly.
• Conduct proper needs analysis to understand client goals (weight loss, fitness, health, etc.).
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients until conversion.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with members.
• Contact members whose memberships are about to expire and offer renewal options.
• Ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated during their fitness journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
